About This Project

“Waddan-Sawknah-Sabha Road Rehabilitation (315 km)” Project is an infrastructure project for which “African Engineering and Project Company” (AEPC) is the main contractor and METIS is the subcontractor. The project aims rehabilitation of the existing road of 315 km by 3 different methods. Experts of Loop Consulting Group have undertaken and provided the required support on the following issues at the planning stage of the construction management within the scope of the “Waddan-Sawknah-Sabha Road Rehabilitation (315 km)” project;

Determination and Assessment of the Risks, Bill of Quantities, Time and Cost Estimates, Preparing Baseline Work Schedules (Level-2), Linear Scheduling (Preparing Marth Chart Diagram), Human Resource and Machine-Equipment Resource Planning, Preparing Project Budget and Cash Flow, Preparing Mobilization and Demobilization Plans, Determination of Progress Measuring System.

“Primavera Project Planner P3 and Lineer Planlama” software programs were used actively and effectively in the planning stage of the “Waddan-Sawknah-Sabha Road Rehabilitation (315 km)” project.
