This training is designed to have basic and advanced levels and lasts 3 days (27 hours). It will be useful for the construction specialists who want to understand today’s complex construction work schedules and prepare delay analysis according to them. This training program will examine the roles, responsibilities, and perspectives of the parties. The participants will learn techniques for planning the needs of each construction project and analyzing delays.
