About This Project

“852 Housing Units, Social Facilities, Infrastructure and Landscaping Project” has been its period’s second largest public housing projects with a contract amount of excessing 20 million USD tendered by the Housing Development Administration of Turkey. Experts of Loop Consulting Group have undertaken and provided the required support on the following issues at all stages of the construction management within the scope of the “852 Housing Units, Social Facilities, Infrastructure and Landscaping” project;

Determination and Assessment of the Risks, Bill of Quantities, Time and Cost Estimates, Preparing Baseline Work Schedules (Level-4), Human Resource and Machine-Equipment Resource Planning, Preparing Project Budget and Cash Flow, Preparing Mobilization and Demobilization Plans, Determination of Progress Measuring System, Preparing Progress Payments, Critical Path Method Analysis, Updating Work Schedule, Updating Budget and Cash Flow, Monitoring Work Schedule Performance, Monitoring Cost Performance, Earned Value Analysis.
