About This Project

The main contractor of the engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning stages of “ATAKAŞ Cold Mill Steel Plant” Project is the Italian Danieli Company. The project consists of works such as constructing 1 ea. Continuous Pickling Line (CPL Unit), 2 ea. Cold Reversing Mill (CRM Units), 1 ea. Vertical Hot Deep Galvanizing Line (HDGL Unit), and 1 ea. Color Coating Line (CCL Unit). The experts of the Loop Consulting Group have undertaken and provided the required support on the following issues for the entire construction management stages of the “ATAKAS Cold Mill Steel Plant” project;
Preparing Baseline Work Schedules (Level-4), Determination of Progress Measuring System, Preparing and Presenting Progress Payments, Time Impact Analysis, Duration Extension Assessments and Requests, Critical Path Method Analysis, Work Schedule Delay Analysis, Change Management.

“MS Project and Oracle Primavera Profesyonel P6” software programs were used actively and effectively in the planning and monitoring stages of the “ATAKAS Cold-Rolling Iron and Steel Plant” project.
