“Sohar-2 and Barka-3 1500 MW Combined Natural Gas Cycle Power Plant” Project is a power plant project in which GS Engineering Company is the main contract. Experts in the Loop Consulting Group have undertaken responsibilities and provided the required support on the following issues at all the stages of the construction management of the “Sohar-2 and Barka-3 1500 MW Combined Natural Gas Cycle Power Plant” project, which is subcontracted by Inco International Fz. Co. LLC within the scope of ancillary units (Production and Installation of the Tank Farm);

Determination and Assessment of the Risks, Scope Assessment, Bill of Quantities, Time and Cost Estimates, Preparing Baseline Work Schedules (Level-4), Human Resource and Machine-Equipment Resource Planning, Preparing Project Budget and Cash Flow, Preparing Mobilization and Demobilization Plans, Determination of Progress Measuring System, Preparing Progress Payments, Critical Path Method Analysis, Updating Work Schedule, Updating Budget and Cash Flow, Monitoring Work Schedule Performance, Monitoring Cost Performance, Earned Value Analysis, Work Schedule Delay Analysis, Change Management.

“MS Project and Oracle Primavera Profesyonel P6” software programs were used actively and effectively in the planning and monitoring stages of the “Sohar-2 and Barka-3 1500 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant” project.
